The agreement 01

These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Sayrank. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and “you” means that company.

Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

What the service does 02

Sayrank measures how answer engines describe your store and helps make your site and product cards readable and quotable by them. In practice it:

  • scans your site and reports what stops an answer engine from reading it;
  • reads your catalog from a file you upload or from your public product pages;
  • scores product cards and proposes what is missing;
  • sends the prompts you choose to the engines and stores the answers;
  • prepares changes and, once you approve them, writes them through your platform API.

The service does not guarantee that any engine will mention your brand or product. Engines are independent systems that decide their own answers.

Your account 03

  • You must give accurate information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by people you give access to.
  • Keep your password and any API credentials confidential. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One workspace is intended for one business. Reselling access without our written agreement is not permitted.

Plans, quotas and top-ups 04

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent work, counted in tokens, plus limits on catalog cards, tracked prompts and engines.

PlanWhat it includes
Starter — $49 / month300 catalog cards, 15 tracked prompts, 2 engines run daily one at a time, 600,000 tokens of agent work.
Growth — $149 / month2,000 catalog cards, 40 tracked prompts, four engines in rotation, 3,000,000 tokens, store connector.
Scale — $399 / month20,000 catalog cards, 120 tracked prompts, all four engines every day, 12,000,000 tokens, priority support.
  • The monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over.
  • Top-up packs — 1M for $9, 5M for $39, 20M for $129 — are bought once and do not expire. They are used only after the monthly allowance is spent.
  • Before any action that consumes the allowance, the service shows the estimated cost and waits for you to confirm.
  • When the balance reaches zero, agent actions pause until the next period or until you buy a pack. Monitoring and stored data are unaffected.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change takes effect at your next renewal.

Billing, trial and refunds 05

  • New accounts get a 10-day trial. No card is required to start it. During the trial the agent scores, drafts and tracks in full; exporting the whole catalog as a file and writing changes to your store become available on a paid plan.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time in Settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; there is no partial refund for the unused part of a period.
  • Token packs are non-refundable once any part of them has been used.
  • If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. If it keeps failing, the workspace moves to a read-only state — your data stays, but agent actions and daily runs stop.

If something was charged in error, write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

The agent and your approval 06

The agent proposes; you decide. This is the core rule of the product and it works like this:

  1. The agent prepares a specific change and shows what is in the store now and what will replace it.
  2. Nothing is written until you approve that change.
  3. Every applied change is recorded in a journal together with its previous value, so it can be reverted.
  4. If no API connection exists, the agent gives you the same change as steps to apply yourself; it never acts on your store without a connection you set up.

What this means for responsibility: because a change reaches your store only after your approval, the published result is yours. Review drafts before approving them, especially claims about materials, sizing, safety or origin.

Your content 07

  • Your catalog, images, texts and prompts remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
  • You grant us the limited right to process that content in order to provide the service — including sending relevant parts to the answer engines described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including product photographs and brand names.
  • We do not use your content to train our own models.
  • Drafts produced by the agent are provided for your review. Once approved and published, they are your content and your responsibility.

Acceptable use 08

You agree not to use Sayrank to:

  • publish false or misleading product claims, fabricated reviews, or statements you cannot substantiate;
  • upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or that you have no right to use;
  • scan or write to a site you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
  • attempt to bypass quotas, probe our systems, or interfere with other accounts;
  • resell, sublicense or expose the service as your own product without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why.

Third-party engines 09

Answers come from systems we do not control. Their availability, pricing, answer quality and terms can change without notice, and an engine may be removed from the service if access to it ends. Results vary between runs by the nature of these systems, which is why the product tracks them over time rather than treating a single answer as fact.

Availability and support 10

  • We aim for continuous availability but do not promise a specific uptime figure.
  • Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
  • Support is by email at [email protected]. We aim to reply within one business day, and sooner on the Scale plan.

Intellectual property 11

The service, its interface, its scoring rubric and the Sayrank name and marks belong to us. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active, and nothing more.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimer 12

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In particular, we do not warrant that any engine will name your brand, that visibility will increase, that scores will translate into sales, or that scan results will be free of error. Sayrank is a measurement and editing tool, not a guarantee of commercial outcome.

Limitation of liability 13

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Term and termination 14

  • The agreement runs while you have an account.
  • You may close your workspace at any time in Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law — with notice where we are able to give it.
  • After termination we keep your data for 30 days so it can be restored on request, then delete it, except records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
  • Sections on your content, intellectual property, disclaimer, liability and governing law survive termination.

Changes 15

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice by email; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Governing law 16

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Sayrank is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from it.

To be completed before launch: once the operating company is registered, the country and court will be named here explicitly.

Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
